I bought from brother-mart for Nrs. 3,454 with first purchase voucher. They have now raised the price as the stock they bought when r50i had heavy discount is sold out.

In the Box: case, 2x earbuds and a pair of extra bud tip.

Why I chose this

My position with gadgets is, I dont want to pay more. I need nothing fancy. Its just has to do its job right and I will pick the reasonably cheapest one that does it. For example. I use Rs.80 mouse and Rs. 150 earphone. They do the job, why pay more. But when gaming and I need macro buttons and optional rgb, I have simplest and cheapest one that does it good enough. Same for earphone. If I seek for depth and quality, I have entry-level IEM for that.
Battery backup was what I am looking for.
Little waterproof for listening to music in rain.
Can be in calls hands free with audible audio.
Can control media with touch hands free.

The r50i met my needs.

First Impressions

Bassy, as expected.
Right bud drains faster than left side.

This is because one side is used as master, and it consumes more energy. To handle this,

When the faster draining one hits about half way, put it in the case and let the other pair to your device before taking it out again, this will change the "master" earbud and then drain the other side faster instead, which should even out and give you more overall battery life out of one charge.

They should handle this properly instead of making us bother.

Nice Mobile app. But doesn't allow downloading and caching white noise audios.
Lil larger than my expectations from a TWS. It is of standard size. It's not actually bulky or big at all. But compared to OnePlus Nord Buds 2r, I would prefer short length.

Charging Time

Case only: 1.5 hr. (normal charger)

Case with Earbuds: 2 hr. 12 mins (fast charger)

In 30 minutes,

Buds charge 80% in 30 mins. (l-4, r-4)
Case takes 37 mins to go 100% after charging buds for 30 mins.

When case is 100% charged and buds are 0%, they can be charged 3 times.

charge-1: upto 100% in 39 mins
charge-2: upto 100% in 44 mins
charge-3: only upto 30% (left- 2/ right -2)

Conclusion

If you find this for 3.5k, just buy it right now. Not a wise choice to let this off your hand.

Is it worth it even for 4.5k? I can't tell as I haven't explored other available TWS at that range. But I would add 500 and go for r50i NC instead if this deal is still up.
